In the last couple of months, we have dived into two exciting training programs as part of our continuous improvement journey.
First up was our Customer Experience Team. They embarked on a dynamic 4-hour training session focused on boosting their sales skills over the phone and email. They explored topics like communication, personality traits, influencing buying decisions, relationship nurturing, follow-up skills, and more. Thanks to Karie's coaching, our team gained fresh ideas and inspiration, learning how to tackle each call, email, or chat with newfound effectiveness.

Next, it was our managers' turn to shine. They faced a rigorous training regimen consisting of one in-person session and two virtual sessions. Our managers were challenged to prove their skills and put their knowledge into action. They learned the nuances of management vs. leadership, how to identify different employee types, implement corrective actions, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively. These invaluable tools are shaping them into more effective leaders.
