Marketing Updates: Website is Live!

After two years of development, design, and functionality testing, we are so excited to launch our new website!

The process of designing the website is more than meets the eye. It's a complex combination of design, product information, user interface, and ease of use. 

Going live was not executed without its fair share of issues. In the beta stage, before the website goes live, there are many things we cannot test or predict until it is in the hands of many users. 

We have tackled around 45+ website tasks and improvements in the last two weeks alone. We learned that a website's functionality is all determined by the user. 

How each person navigates a website can be completely different. It's like asking a person to draw a cat: some people might start with the ears, some people might start with the eyes, or with the paws. Each person approaches a task differently, and that’s why our website will always be in constant improvement to cater to many different kinds of users. 

It takes a village, and in this case, all of Terry Town, to help us improve and grow. We are in a digital age where having a strong online presence is crucial. 

So, we want to provide as much accurate information as we can to our customers. 

We also have to make sure it looks good too. ;) 

What can we all do to help us improve this site:

1. Navigate it and use it like a customer and determine how easy it was for you to find pricing, setups, etc.

2. Confirm all pricing and charges match what we have in our price list.

3. If a customer has a question that they cannot find on the website, let us know. We might have a way to include it.

4. Make sure you are familiar with how to use all the tools.

5. Any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. If you cannot figure out something, most likely a customer might find themselves with the same question.

6. Check any possible way for improvements in photography or ways to show the product better.

The website is a work in progress, and we are far from being done. Progress is made every day as we get closer to our finish line. We are still working on adding videos, stock backgrounds, adding new flyers, making the wholesale store work properly, ease of use, and speed of the website, among other tasks.
