This month, the Ink Station underwent a major renovation, transforming it into an ultra-organized workspace. Alejo Sanchez and Gabriela Osorio have been the driving forces behind this makeover, collaborating to elevate their department.
They started by rearranging the entire station and conducting an inventory to identify which tints were still usable and which needed to be discarded. While the initial reorganization took just one day, they emphasize that this is an ongoing process where they will continue to work on making their section the best it can be for the next coming months.
One of the most significant enhancements has been the upgrade to their work table, which now allows them to experiment with inks and match colors without the previous clutter. Additionally, they enclosed their section with walls to create a designated and focused workspace.
Our ink masters shared their favorite colors: Alejo loves the blue tones, while Gabriela prefers classic black.

Now it’s time for all of us to take inspiration from this team and brainstorm ways to enhance our own areas. Continuous improvement has always been a core value at Terry Town. Don’t hesitate to share your thoughts and ideas on how to elevate your department by reaching out to your manager or leaving a note in one of the blue Terry Town Hall boxes located around the office. Together, we can strive to be our best.
