Spotlight: Everything Ernie

In this month's special spotlight, get to know our fellow Terry Towner: Ernesto Hernandez.

Ernie recently celebrated his 8th anniversary working at Terry Town, where has has conquered each day with enthusiasm and welcoming energy towards all his peers.

When Ernie first stepped into Terry Town, he admits his initial reaction was a mixture of surprise and intrigue after noticing the large piles of towels going from corner to corner. He remembers thinking “these people are cool” while admiring how sublimated towels with images of Frida Kahlo, aliens, and even Superman adorned the office walls. As he got to know more about the company, he will never forget the feeling of knowing he had landed in the perfect place for him.

One of his most significant joys of working at Terry Town is having the opportunity to be close to his wife. “It’s a dream come true,” he shared. Ernie spoke fondly about the little moments he is able to share throughout the day with his spouse and the way it enhances his work day that much more.

Ernie’s weekend revolves around cherished adventures with his family, often including trips to the beach or park. During the week, his happiest moment is precisely at 5:30 p.m. when he returns home from work to the excited embrace of his little girl. “Getting home to my daughter is the best part of my day” he shared.

Ernie's favorite part of Terry Town are the people working here. He sincerely appreciates each individual for creating such a special community. He wants to assure all newcomers joining the team, "Don't be shy, ask questions. We are all here to help." He believes Terry Town isn't just a workplace, but a family that welcomes everyone with open arms.

Ernie, thank you for brightening Terry Town each day with your kindness and warmth. Your dedication and laughter enrich our community. You are a key component in building this family of Terry Towners. We appreciate your hard work and all the positivity you bring. Here's to many more years of shared successes and fun moments at Terry Town!
