Last week, we proudly launched our community outreach program, Terry Town Hall with the goal of pushing continuous improvement in all aspects of our company.

What is the purpose of this program?

Terry Town Hall is a community outreach initiative focused on enhancing Terry Town's work environment and fostering a safe, positive work culture for all employees. Our goal is to ensure that every employee feels heard, valued, and empowered to contribute to the community's growth. We want to encourage everyone to speak up for improvement and remember that your voice truly matters to us. Your input is invaluable in helping us shape a better work environment for all.



How can I participate?

You can share your concerns, ideas, and opinions with us in the following ways:


Submitting questionnaire to the Blue Terry Town Hall Boxes

We have placed blue Terry Town Hall mailboxes throughout the office. Simply fill out the questionnaire located on the side of the boxes and drop it in. Your input will be collected and reviewed by the committee.


Filling Out the Google Form

You can also share your thoughts by following the link or scanning the QR code provided below. This will take you to a Google Form where you can answer a few questions to help us better understand your perspectives and suggestions.



Email the Committee

If you prefer a more personal conversation, feel free to email the Terry Town Hall committee at the address provided below. This option allows you to set up a meeting or correspond directly with a member of the team. Your voice is important, and we are here to listen and respond to your needs.
