Terry Towner Spotlight: Sarah Segura

In this month's special feature, we're excited to introduce Sarah Segura, Terry Town's Returns Specialist. Sarah has been a valued member of the Terry Town family for over five years, starting her journey in the embroidery department before transitioning to samples and eventually handling all returns.

One of Sarah's favorite memories at Terry Town involves playful teasing with Jeff about Post-Its. They have an ongoing joke where Sarah leaves Post-Its on Jeff's desk, and he warns her that he's keeping count and can tell if one goes missing from his stack.

Sarah particularly enjoys assisting the accounting team with FedEx Invoices. She cherishes the time spent with Beril and Jasmine, appreciating their kindness and collaborative spirit. She takes pride in her work, especially when she receives feedback from customers who thank her for her help with their orders.

Originally from Seattle, Washington, Sarah moved to Tijuana, Mexico, when she was 12 years old. One of her lifelong dreams has been to build a house for her and her family to live in. Her hard work and dedication from a very young age have paid off as her investments have allowed her to begin making her dreams come true.

Family is Sarah’s top priority. She has one son and is currently expecting another baby. Sarah deeply cherishes her family's excitement about her pregnancy, especially her stepdad, who has been an important and supportive figure in her life and is thrilled about the new addition to the family. Sarah shared how knowing she is pregnant makes her smile throughout the day. Sarah loves spending time with her family and values their gatherings. They often come together at her mom's house for family reunions.

After work, Sarah enjoys relaxing by listening to music, particularly Rock en Español and reggaeton. She often spends time with her son and husband playing board games and enjoying family time. Her favorite weekend activities include dining out, going to the movies, and taking her son to the park. Occasionally, she likes taking her husband and son shopping, where they patiently accompany her while she browses.
